Miami Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard is being sued for more than $100,000 for allegedly making secret sex videos and sharing them in “an intentional, outrageous and reckless act.”

The 30-year-old is accused of taking photos and videos of sexual encounters with a former partner and then sending them to other women to “make them angry because (they) didn’t want to have sex with him.”

The lawsuit, filed in May and viewed by DailyMail.com, described his conduct as “exceeding all bounds of decency… (and) considered abhorrent and wholly unacceptable.”

The anonymous woman claims she was approached last September by someone who claimed to have “several sexually explicit videos” sent by Howard showing him “having sex with different women.”

Some of the “terribly devastating” videos “directly identify” the accuser and “depict hard-core, full-blown intercourse” with the NFL star. The videos were both recorded and distributed ‘non-consensually’.

Then, in April of this year, a woman allegedly contacted her who sent her “several other sexually explicit photos and videos of nude women” – “recently” sent by Howard, “again to piss her off because she would do’. don’t have sex with him.’

The accuser was featured in one of the photos, which was “both taken and distributed without her knowledge or consent” and came after Howard was issued a notice of termination in October 2022.

“As a result of the deliberate acts,” the lawsuit reads, “the plaintiff has and continues to suffer mental anguish, mental anguish, emotional pain, loss of ability to enjoy life, humiliation, damage to her reputation.”

It adds that Howard was “so reckless,” his “pattern” behavior “constituted a willful indifference or reckless disregard for the woman’s safety and rights.”

The lawsuit alleges that the 30-year-old “engaged in this conduct for the purpose of embarrassment, harassment and/or manipulation.”

Howard, from Houston, played college football at Baylor and then was drafted by the Dolphins in the second round of the 2016 NFL draft.

Last year, he agreed to a new five-year contract, reportedly worth an average of $17.86 million a year.

In March, a woman claimed that Howard knowingly gave her genital herpes and dropped her lawsuit.

“The anonymous plaintiff who sued my client for transmitting genital herpes has finally dropped what we believe was a trumped-up lawsuit,” the player’s attorney said at the time.

“Xavien Howard never had genital herpes in the first place; the whole basis of her lawsuit was a literal impossibility.

“Nevertheless, his accuser made slanderous, absurd and deliberately false claims, as one of many (unsuccessful) attempts to extort money from him.

“Xavien is considering various legal actions against this manufacturer and hopes those who have validated her fabricated claims by reporting on it will also report Xavien’s acquittal.”
