“Some of her accounts are members-only, requiring the payment of money for monthly subscriptions. Her sales and income are highly dependent on her being seen by as many users as possible,” Hill’s attorney Robert Horwitz wrote.
“With respect to this case, it is clear that the plaintiff is highly motivated not only to make money in this case, but also to grow her online social influencer business.”
Hill’s legal team succeeded in blocking Hall’s attempt to file an amended complaint, supported by clippings and references to his history of domestic violence incidents.
