Months before that incident, Carroll was accused of telling the service manager he was a “street n****r,” which led to him being banned from five restaurants in Miami.

In that case, Carroll allegedly rejected a glass of wine poured for one of his guests.

The lawsuit claims he followed a Carbone server outside into the street and pushed him.

Their altercation caught the attention of the service manager who walked over to intervene.

The lawsuit describes how the service manager told him that his persistent aggression had become a problem.

In response, Carroll tried to give him cash, which he refused.

According to the complaint, he then told him, “Never in my life will I bow down to a street (n—–) like you.”

The Daily Beast reports that Carroll also admitted to beating his ex-wife in 2019 and threatening to beat up a Colorado ski resort official.

He was also reportedly sued for defamation by his ex-wife’s lawyer, who he claimed had “tampered with young children,” and also allegedly posted a video of his ex-wife having sex on Instagram, previously reported by DailyMail.com.
