Mia Goth allegedly told MaXXXine extra she’s accused of KICKING on set ‘nobody will believe you because you’re nothing’ in explosive new claims amid battery lawsuit

Mia Goth reportedly told an extra who accused her of kicking him on the set of MaXXXine that “no one will believe you because you are nothing.”

In January, it was reported that James Hunter, who worked on the third and final part of the X trilogy, had accused the 30-year-old Goth of assault. He claimed she had “bullied” him and “intentionally kicked him in the head” while he was playing a bloody corpse on set.

The background actor is suing Goth, who is married to actor Shia LaBeouf, for at least $500,000 for assault and director Ti West and A24 for wrongful termination.

Now, prosecutor Hunter has provided new details about the alleged incident, claiming that Goth followed him after the alleged kick and called him a “big baby.”

Speak with DreadCentralHunter recounted the alleged incident this way: “On the fourth or fifth take, I’m laying on the left side of my ear. I hear her; she’s running past me and I hear her boot clamping down right next to my ear. And I’m like, oh, well, it’s dark out. She’s not really getting a beat on exactly where I’m laying.”

He says he informed the second assistant director, who passed his concerns on to the rest of the crew. He says there was a “noticeable pause” before filming resumed.

He said, “The next take, it’s the same thing, except I got kicked, and I felt it. I could hear the dirt and the leaves or the grass rustling next to me, so I knew she knew where I was. She runs toward me, but instead of stopping … I feel and hear her shuffling just before she gets to me. I get kicked.”

Hunter claims he was in “tremendous pain” from the stairs, but agreed to continue because he was promised several days of paid work. He also says he informed the crew about the stairs, after which filming was halted.

He further claims that shortly after the alleged incident, while Goth was sitting in a portable toilet, he pushed open the unlocked door to confront him.

He says he “stood and turned his head to Goth, who was standing in the doorway” before apologizing and explaining that he was using the stable.

Hunter claims Goth told him, “Nobody’s going to believe you, because you ain’t nothing. Get off my set, you big baby.”

He claims he wrote the exact words on a call sheet so he could remember them.

Hunter says he believes Goth insinuated that no one would believe him if he said her kick was done “deliberately and with malicious intent.”

A24 said in a statement to DailyMail.com: “The allegations in the complaint are simply untrue. As this is an ongoing legal case, we cannot comment further at this time, but we will continue to vigorously defend Mia and the entire film team against these extremely baseless allegations.”

Goth recently told The New York Times about the case that she ‘could not respond to the lawsuit filed against her, West and A24 by an extra, in which he claimed that she had deliberately kicked him on the set of Maxxxine.

She did say that she was ‘very grateful for the support from A24’.

DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for Goth and A24 for comment.

In the lawsuit obtained by TMZ in January, alleged that Goth “intentionally” kicked him in the head with her boot during a recording, which he said caused him severe pain, a stiff neck and ultimately a concussion.

He alleged that he was denied medical attention on set and continued to be abused by Goth, who reportedly approached him in the bathroom and “teasing, mocking and belittling” him.

He also claimed that he had to live in uncomfortable conditions, as he had to wear a robe for the scene and was completely covered in fake blood.

He said he had to lie on the ground for hours and play dead, which meant he was bothered by ‘ants and mosquitoes’.

He also claimed that the fake blood had dried, causing the robe to stick to his body. It was painful to remove the robe.

On the return journey he claimed that he “nearly fainted twice” during the journey due to headaches and pain.

After the incident, he claims he was wrongfully fired and removed from production.
