Mia Farrow reveals what she REALLY thinks about celebrities who work with ex Woody Allen after scandals

Mia Farrow continued to fight her reputation as a “despised vengeful woman” by revealing that she feels no ill will toward actors who decide to work with her ex-partner of 11 years, Woody Allen.

“I totally understand if an actor decides to work with him,” the 79-year-old actress said on CBS Sunday Morning.

“I’m not someone who would say, ‘Oh, that shouldn’t happen.'”

When asked by host Seth Doane if she could separate the experiences of acting in her 13 films with the 88-year-old filmmaker from their personal trials and tribulations, Mia (born Maria) replied, “Oh yeah, yeah.”

Farrow felt understandably betrayed when she discovered in January 1992 that Woody (born Allan Konigsberg) was having a secret affair with her 21-year-old adopted daughter Soon-Yi Previn. Seven months later, she publicly accused him of abusing her seven-year-old adopted daughter Dylan Farrow.

Mia Farrow continued to fight her reputation as a “vengeful woman scorned” by revealing that she bears no ill will toward actors who decide to work with her estranged ex-partner of 11 years, Woody Allen.

A week later, Allen, who was never charged or prosecuted, filed a lawsuit against the former student of Rosemary’s Baby, seeking full custody of their son Satchel (now Ronan) and her adopted children Dylan and Moses.

In his 33-page 1993 ruling, Judge Elliott Wilk denied the controversial director’s request for custody of all three children, calling his behavior toward Dylan “highly inappropriate” and also dismissing allegations of sexual abuse.

In 1997, Woody married Soon-Yi and they adopted two daughters: 25-year-old Bechet Allen and 24-year-old Manzie Tio Allen.

And while 39-year-old Dylan stands behind the allegations, her 46-year-old brother Moses says publicly denied she was once abused and claimed that Mia had abused him in a WordPress Post from 2018.

Allen’s outspoken supporters include Diane Keaton, Alec Baldwin, Scarlett Johansson, Cherry Jones, Bill Maher, Jude Law, Javier Bardem, Cate Blanchett, Gina Gershon, Jim Belushi, Juno Temple, Michael Caine and Jeff Goldblum.

Kate Winslet, Drew Barrymore, Evan Rachel Wood, David Krumholtz, Greta Gerwig, Mira Sorvino, Rachel Brosnahan, Jeff Daniels, Peter Sarsgaard, Natalie Portman, Colin Firth, Hayley Atwell, Freida Pinto, Chloe Sevigny and Marion Cotillard have said they will no longer work with the four-time Oscar winner.

Woody’s last American film – A Rainy Day in New York – coincided with the #MeToo movement of 2019, with cast members Elle Fanning, Selena Gomez, Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Hall and Griffin Newman donating their salaries to organisations working against sexual abuse.

Last year, Allen fled to France to direct his 50th feature film, Coup de Chance, which grossed just $7.4 million at the worldwide box office despite decent reviews.

“The fact that we can even get started now is a success for me!” the Golden Globe winner cheered.

“I’m old, you know? I’m really good at doing nothing. It’s a gift. I entertain myself endlessly. I have good friends. I have no complaints.”
