A six-month-old baby has been found dead in a home by police.
Emergency services found the body at 8am on Saturday at a house on Nerang Mews Road in Merriwa, north Perth.
Western Australia Police said an investigation has been launched.

“On arrival, a six-month-old baby was found dead,” said a spokeswoman.
“The circumstances leading up to the child’s death are being investigated.
“No further information is available at this time.”
