Mercedes Corby doesn’t look like this anymore! Schapelle’s sister unrecognisable as she stuns fan with bold new look

Mercedes Corby recently surprised her fans by showing off her daring new look on social media, which was a far cry from her signature look.

The sister of 50-year-old convicted drug dealer Schapelle Corby shared a photo gallery on Instagram earlier this year showing off her stunning new look.

The Gold Coast influencer has said goodbye to her signature highlighted brunette hair and is now sporting stylish shoulder-length reddish locks.

The Australian bar owner looked like a completely different person as she showed off her daring new look in a variety of confident and stylish poses during a luxury vacation in Japan.

Mercedes looked stunning in the stunning photos as she confidently showed off her red hairstyle and sent her followers into a frenzy.

Corby’s face was markedly different from the striking face she became known for when she supported her sister Schapelle during her trial in Bali in 2005.

Mercedes and her ex-husband Wayan Widiartha have three children: sons Wayan Jr. and Nyoman, and daughter Nyeleigh.

The mother of three, who divorced Widiartha in 2014, is now said to be dating someone else.

Mercedes came into the spotlight shortly after her sister was arrested in Bali, Indonesia, in October 2004, where 4.2 kg of marijuana was found in her bodyboard.

She was often photographed visiting her sister, who was imprisoned in Bali’s notorious Kerobokan Prison. Mercedes later briefly pursued a career as a model, appearing on the cover of Ralph magazine in 2008.

After Schapelle was released on parole in 2014, the Corby sisters kept a relatively low profile.

After living in Bali before, Mercedes moved back to Queensland‘S Gold Coast in August 2016.

Schapelle spent nine years in Bali’s Kerobokan prison after being found guilty in May 2005 of smuggling marijuana into Indonesia.

The 47-year-old former beauty student was released on probation in February 2014 and deported back to Australia in May 2017. She now works as a watchmaker and influencer.
