Melbourne shooting: Man found dead in Caroline Springs, police urge witnesses to come forward

A man was killed in a shooting in Melbourne late last night.

Police were called to Heyson Parkway in Caroline Springs on Thursday evening around 10:30 pm after gunshots were heard.

Shortly afterwards, a man was found with a gunshot wound.

A crime scene has been cordoned off and police have launched an urgent investigation.
