Celebrities have officially started their glamorous transformations trackside ahead of the Melbourne Cup celebrations at Flemington Racecourse on Tuesday.

The morning’s preparations were kicked off by Amy Castano, founder of the ACERO gym, who took to Instagram with a mirror selfie as she met her stylist.

The socialite looked relaxed in a white bandeau top and matching parachute pants, as she styled her hair in a sleek, low ponytail.

Also documenting their morning was retired cricketer Michael Clarke, who shared a photo of himself in a suit and shoes while among his friends in Flemington.

Meanwhile, former WAG Nadia Bartel shared an Instagram Story post confirming she will not be attending the race that holds the nation back, and will instead spend time with her sons.
