Melania reveals why Donald keeps calling her doctor

Melania Trump said her husband has a “thoughtful” habit of routinely calling her doctor to check on her health.

In her upcoming memoir, Melaniawhich goes on sale Tuesday, the former First Lady lifted the veil on her marriage to Donald.

Seen in fragments by the Daily beastMelania praised Donald, calling him a kind and extremely concerned husband.

In an example of this, she says, “To this day, Donald calls my GP to inquire about my health, to make sure I’m doing well and that they’re taking perfect care of me.”

In the 184-page book, she does her best to prove that the public only partially knows her husband.

“As I got to know him better, I realized that the public only saw part of Donald Trump,” she wrote.

‘In private he turned out to be a gentleman who showed tenderness and thoughtfulness.’

Melania described her husband not as “showy or dramatic,” but as “genuine and caring.”

The former first lady offered readers other tender tidbits from her nearly two-decade marriage to Donald.

Over five pages, Melania talked about the moment she and the former president met in 1998, when she was 28 and he was 52.

At the time of the meeting, she explained that she had reluctantly accepted a friend’s invitation to a party at the Kit Kat Klub because it was Fashion Week.

Amid the “sophistication and camaraderie” of the venue’s VIP section, she said a man approached her and said, “Hello. I’m Donald Trump.’

“I recognized the name and I knew he was a businessman or a celebrity, but not much else,” she recalled. “Hello,” I replied. “I’m Melania.”

But Trump was not alone. Melania shared that he had a “beautiful date,” who was rumored to be Celina Mildefar, a Norwegian heiress.

Even though she is attracted to it [Trump’s] magnetic energy,” Melania said she refused to give him her phone number.

Undeterred, the former president had his ‘bodyguard’ hand her a ‘slim business card’ on which he wrote down two more numbers.

When Melania later returned from a modeling job in the Caribbean, she said she called him because “the bond between us was palpable.”

For their first date, she wrote that they toured Donald’s rural estate in Bedford, just north of New York City.

During the tour, Melania said Trump said he was in the process of divorcing his second wife, Marla Maples, whom she did not name.

“I have refrained from passing judgment but have chosen to enjoy his company,” she wrote.

“He was a little older than me, but I felt an instant connection with him at 28,” she continued.

“Our connection was unmistakable and our connection felt natural.”

At another point in the book, Melania addressed those who call her a “gold digger” and claim she married her husband because of his wealth.

“I had made my fortune and could have easily attracted the attention of countless celebrities if I had wanted to,” she wrote.

She said that when she moved into Trump Tower, about four years into their relationship, she would cook for him.

“Every time there was music playing at home, he would turn up the volume and pull me into a spontaneous dance,” she wrote, evoking a domestic idyll.

Melania went on to talk about her wedding at Mar-a-Lago with its “500 celebrity guests.”

She noted that Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour accompanied her to Paris to pick out her dress.

In her book, Melania briefly discusses her relationship with Donald’s four older children, whose names she only mentions once.

The former first lady wrote that there are “complicated dynamics” at play when it comes to interacting with Donald’s sons and daughters from previous marriages.

“While I do not agree with every opinion or choice expressed by Donald’s adult children, nor do I agree with all of Donald’s decisions, I recognize that differing viewpoints are a natural aspect of human relationships,” she wrote.
