The pair are believed to have had a tense altercation before keeping their distance from each other at the party, after Mel claimed in a recent interview that Geri lied about her age.
After the bash, Mel appeared to extend an olive branch as she shared a group photo with her Spice Girls bandmates on Instagram.
She wrote: ‘What an amazing girl power weekend with all my girls, I have soooo much love and respect for you all #friendshipneverends.’
Mel and Geri were reunited for the luxurious party at Oswald’s in London, posing for a group photo together with fellow band members Emma, Victoria and Mel C – although they were on the opposite side of the queue.
