Mel B showed off her incredible figure on Wednesday as she took a quick dip in a freezing ice bath during her luxury holiday.

The Spice Girl, 48, posted to her Instagram a video of herself plunging into an ice bath in a tiny purple bikini after spending time in the sauna.

The stylish bikini showed off Mel’s curves and consisted of a bandeau bikini top and cheeky string bikini bottoms.

In the video, the star took a deep breath as she worked up the courage to fully submerge herself in the plunge pool.

Mel then quickly climbed out of the bath with a shocked expression on her face before running down the street while covering her peach derriere.

She said, ‘That’s fucking awful. F**k that shit. That was damn hard, I don’t care what anyone says’.

Mel captioned the comedy video with: ‘Luvvvv the sun and my ice baths are having the best time but that was HARDDDD, maybe I’ll do it again, nah I love my ice baths’ (sic).

Fans of the star then flocked to the comments section to praise her bravery.

One fan said: ‘Good job Mel…Better than me!’, while others typed: ‘Braver than me girl.’ ‘Cooorrrrr well done.’

‘Super impressed. I haven’t had the ba**s to do it yet. But I will! I’ve seen this.’

It comes after the Wannabe singer shared details of her and fiancé Rory McPhee’s royal wedding venue earlier this year as they prepare to tie the knot.

The singer, who announced her engagement to 36-year-old Rory in November 2022, hinted in February that the two have confirmed a wedding date.

In a recent interview with The sun, she explained: ‘Because I have an MBE I can get married in St Paul’s. They only do a small number of weddings a year, so we’re on the waiting list.’

‘Because I’ve been married twice before we talked about that. I was very open and honest. I take marriage seriously and am actually very traditional. I told how I had been in a very violent marriage for ten years.’

Elsewhere, Mel claimed the Spice Girls – Emma Bunton, Victoria Beckham, Mel C and Geri Halliwell – are too ‘old’ to walk down the aisle as bridesmaids.

Mel and Rory have been dating since 2019 and in 2021 Rory proposed with a £100,000 engagement ring.

Mel has also delighted fans by revealing that a certain Spice Girl would be designing her wedding dress.

‘As soon as I have the date, I will go shopping for wedding dresses. Victoria Beckham wants to make me a dress,” she said.

Mel has been married twice before, first to Dutch dancer Jimmy Gulzar and second to film producer Stephen Belafonte.

She has three children: Phoenix, 24, with Jimmy, Angel, 15, with American actor Eddie Murphy, and Madison Belafonte, 12, with Stephen.

Mel revealed that her fellow Spice Girls gave her fiancé the seal of approval and even cried at the news of their engagement.

The pair have known each other for many years, with them both hailing from Leeds and Rory being best friends with Mel’s cousin, Christian Cooke.

It is believed she and Rory were reintroduced through friends in LA, including celebrity make-up artist Renee Camilleri.

Their relationship became more serious when Mel returned to Britain for the Spice Girls reunion tour.
