Kelly previously said that watching Bombshell was “an incredibly emotional experience.”
The former Fox News host posted a photo of her son, Thatcher, in a movie theater, looking at a Bombshell poster.
“My husband @dougbrunt and I recently took our three kids to see the movie ‘Frozen 2,'” Kelly wrote in the caption. “As we were walking into the theater, our 6-year-old son stopped by this billboard promoting another movie coming to the big screen. The ad confused him because it appears to show a photo of me.
Kelly went on to note that “but while the movie ‘Bombshell’ is loosely based on my experience during the Fox News sexual harassment scandal, I have nothing to do with this movie.”
“I didn’t sell the rights to my story or book and only first saw the movie once it passed the point of any possible editing, though I certainly would have done a few.”
Kelly chose not to elaborate on what those changes would have been in the social media post, but wrote: “Seeing this image was an incredibly emotional experience for me and those I viewed it with.” Sexual harassment is pervasive in this country; It can leave scars that don’t heal. My heart goes out to those who have been through it, who I hope can find some comfort in this story.’

Kelly has claimed that Ailes, who died in May 2017, sexually harassed her multiple times during her tenure at Fox News, including trying to force her to kiss him on the lips.
He left Fox News in January 2017 and made his NBC debut in June of that year, where he was said to be earning between $15 and $20 million a year.
After a controversial year and a half on the air, his contract with NBC was terminated in January 2019.
