Meghan Markle’s mother Doria Ragland dons vibrant dress from Michelle Obama’s favourite label J.Crew as she joins Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian at star-studded charity event in LA

Meghan Markle’s mom, Doria Ragland, wore a vibrant designer dress to a glamorous star-studded event last night.

The 66-year-old mother of one wore a colorful J.Crew tunic dress yesterday to attend the fifth annual This Is About Humanity soiree in Los Angeles.

The vibrant outfit from Michelle Obama’s favorite brand, J.Crew, featured striking paisley patterns in shades of yellow, orange and pink.

The grandmother of Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet completed the outfit with a sophisticated pair of Chloe ‘Lauren’ heeled pumps in a tan hue. Doria wore her hair tied back, revealing a classic pair of gold hoop earrings.

Doria teamed up with some of Hollywood’s most famous stars at the event, including Kris Jenner and her A-list daughter, Kim Kardashian, as they caused a storm together during the occasion.

Doria complimented her earrings with a single gold bracelet and a unique white and silver chain with round embellishments.

The dress’s long sleeves were rolled up slightly, revealing Doria’s eye-catching tattoos just above her wrist, including a delicate butterfly illustration.

The makeup was kept to a minimum, with just a light sheen on Doria’s lips, revealing her naturally radiant skin.

Meanwhile, SKIMS founder Kim, 42, debuted a new hairstyle, sporting bangs and a ponytail while dressing all in black, while ‘Momager’ Kris, 67, was chic in a white suit.

As the trio posed for the photos, they hugged and beamed, looking very pale at each other.

Doria’s appearance at the star-studded event comes amid reports that her daughter Meghan, 42, is planning a grand return to social media with a new Instagram account that could see her earn up to $1 million per post.

The Mail on Sunday reported that the Duchess of Sussex plans to relaunch herself on the social media platform, following the deactivation of the @sussexroyal handle in 2020 when the couple left Britain to start a new life across the street of the pond.

Adorned with an image of pink peonies, reportedly Meghan’s favorite flowers, a source close to her team confirmed this week: “Yes, she is. Expect an announcement very soon. She’s coming back.’

The Duchess’s “new” account — which has the handle “@Meghan” — already has 76,000 followers, and pundits say it could be a huge boost to her finances.

The story is already being followed by several of Meghan’s friends, including activist Mandana Dayani, who was president of Archewell, the Sussexes’ media and philanthropic company, until last December.

A source told The Mail on Sunday: “Everyone in Hollywood is talking about the relaunch being imminent. Meghan has never made it a secret that she wants to return to Instagram.”

Prior to her wedding to Prince Harry in 2018, Suits actress Meghan’s personal Instagram following number exceeded three million, while tens of thousands of fans signed up for her now-defunct lifestyle blog The Tig.

Meghan first revealed she was planning to return to Instagram in an interview with The Cut last year, in which she told writer Allison P. Davis, “Want a secret? I’ll be back on Instagram.’
