Meghan Markle introduces her new Netflix series With Love, Meghan on her brand new Instagram account
Meghan Markle has launched her new Netflix series on her brand new Instagram account, called With Love, Meghan.
The Duchess of Sussex, 43, said she was “so excited” to share the series with her followers, a day after her new Instagram account posted the first film set in 2025.
The highly anticipated lifestyle series, which fans were promised when lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard first teased last March, will launch on January 15 after a year of speculation about when the episodes will drop.
The trailer shows the Duchess cooking in her Montecito kitchen, picking produce from her garden and chatting with very famous friends, including Mindy Kaling (an early recipient of American Riviera Orchard Jam), while Do You Believe in Magic by The Lovin’ Spoonful plays excessively.
Meghan posted the trailer to her Instagram account and wrote, “I’m so excited to share this with you guys! I hope you love the show as much as I love making it.
‘Wishing you all a fantastic New Year! Thanks to our amazing crew and team. Beyond grateful for the support – and fun!’
She signed off: “As always, Meghan.”
Netflix describes the series in an official synopsis: “In With Love, Meghan, we join Meghan in the kitchen, the garden – and even the beehive – as she prepares to entertain friends both old and new.

‘Meghan shares some of her favorite tips and tricks for cooking, gardening, crafting and more, revealing how even the smallest details can help add beauty to our lives and, most importantly, bring people together.
‘Whether it’s preparing gifts for guests or adding edible flowers to breakfast, it really is the thought that counts.’
Meghan says in the trailer: “I’ve always loved taking something very ordinary and taking it to the next level, surprising people with moments that let them know I was really thinking about them.
“I’m going to share some little tips and tricks and how to apply these practices every day.
“This is about connecting with friends… We don’t strive for perfection, we strive for joy.”
The Duchess is known to have many star-studded friends; one of them is The Office writer Mindy Kaling.
Kaling, who is presented with a piece of Victoria Sponge cake, appears in a clip in the trailer: “What! This is probably one of the most glamorous moments of my life.”
One of the Duchess’s first guests will be Mindy Kaling, a longtime friend (and recipient of jam from the American Riviera Orchard)

Elsewhere, Meghan talks about ‘making new friends’ and learning new skills such as beekeeping.
In each episode, Meghan invites friends old and new to roll up their sleeves and join her in the kitchen or garden, where they share candid conversations and top tips.
In addition to Mindy – who previously appeared on the Duchess’s Archetypes podcast – Prince Harry and chefs Roy Choi and Alice Waters also appear.
Meghan also welcomed some of her closest friends, from Suits co-star Abigail Spencer to her “sister” and “fellow polo woman,” Delfina Blaquier, wife of the Duke of Sussex’s friend Nacho Figueras.
Professional polo player Nacho was the first of the Figueras family to star in a Netflix series from the Sussexes, after starring in Netflix’s Harry & Meghan and the Duke’s Polo show.
Meghan’s make-up artist Daniel Martin, who is often described as the mother-of-two’s best friend, also featured in the trailer for the Duchess’s new programme.
Daniel is said to have known Meghan for more than a decade, having met her while the former actress was working on Suits.
The pair then kept in touch and while working on her former blog The Tig, Meghan asked Daniel to lend her a helping hand.
He has stayed in touch with the Duchess throughout her life in the royal family and was by Meghan’s side on her wedding day as he perfected her make-up.
The series also features famed literary agent Jennifer Rudolph Walsh and Harry and Meghan’s multimillionaire neighbor Vicky Tsai, who sold her beauty brand Tatcha to Unilever in 2019 for a reported $500 million.
They are joined on the show by Tracy Robbins. Ms Robbins and her husband, Paramount boss Brian Robbins, are friends with the Sussexes and invited them to the Bob Marley film premiere in Jamaica in January.
Meghan’s best friend Kelly McKee Zajfen, co-founder of Alliance of Moms, is also on the guest list for the series.

Meghan emphasizes that the series is not about achieving ‘perfection’, but about finding ‘joy’ in the little things in life
Kelly and Meghan first met through the duchess’s ex-husband, Trevor Engelson, who is friends with the former model’s entertainment lawyer husband.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have become a vital part of Kelly and her husband Julian’s support network following the death of Kelly’s son George, aged just nine, in July 2022 after he was found unconscious in their family home.
Kelly, co-founder of Alliance of Moms, a nonprofit that supports pregnant teens and teens in the foster care system, praised Harry and Meghan for being a “guiding light” after her son’s tragic death.
Meghan’s announcement comes a day after the Duchess made a dramatic return to Instagram with a video of herself smiling on the beach at Montecito.
The Duchess of Sussex, 43, shared her first clip to the Instagram account earlier today, captioning it “@meghan.”
Prince Harry was behind the camera of the new video, which caused a stir online as tens of thousands of people followed the video within minutes, growing the account from 115,000 fans to almost 170,000.
The profile has long been rumored to be hers after the account was created in June 2022 but remained empty. She then teased fans again in 2023 when she declared that she was “getting back on Instagram.”
Now the mum-of-two has confirmed the profile is hers, posting a video as she walks towards the shoreline of the beach in California, where she lives with Prince Harry and children Archie, five, and Lilibet, three.

The move marks a huge turnaround for the Duchess and is believed to be part of a new chapter for the couple and their lives in America, with her and Harry previously leaving social media after quitting their royal duties.
In her new clip, Meghan draws the numbers for the new year – ‘2025’ – in the sand, perhaps hinting at an upcoming project.
A beaming Duchess is then filmed running off camera while giggling.
In addition to her initial post, the @meghan account also updated its profile photo to a black and white photo of Meghan smiling and wearing an elegant white dress.
The return to Instagram comes after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex vowed never to return to social media after claiming they suffered an “almost insurmountable” amount of abuse.
Meghan originally shut down all of her social media accounts in January 2018, just after she got engaged to Prince Harry.
“Ms Markle is grateful to everyone who has followed her social media accounts over the years, but as she has not used them for some time she has decided to close them,” a Kensington Palace source said at the time.
In 2020, Meghan and Harry stopped posting to their Sussex Royal Instagram and Twitter accounts.
The royal couple have often spoken out about the abuse they have suffered online, despite continuing to use online media to promote their “progressive” new roles in the US – most recently via a podcast on Spotify.
But in 2023 it was announced that Meghan had set up an Instagram account – although today is the first time she has posted on it.
