Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were all smiles as they attended their good friend Tyler Perry’s star-studded birthday party on Saturday night.
The couple were spotted leaving a $31 million mansion in Montecito, where they celebrated the filmmaker’s 55th birthday with a host of other celebrities.
They appeared to be in high spirits, with Meghan, 43, sitting next to her husband, 40, in the backseat of a black Range Rover, grinning and giggling.
Although Meghan’s outfit was not visible through the car window, Harry was seen wearing a gray suit.
Meghan appeared to be wearing her diamond engagement ring and wedding band and wore her long brunette locks in a ponytail.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex partied for hours with their good friend Tyler, who hosted them at his Santa Barbara home when they first moved to America. Also in attendance were celebrity talk show hosts Oprah Winfrey and Gayle King, singer Alicia Keys and actor Aaron O’Connell.
Also in attendance at the party were Paramount CEO Brian Robbins and his wife Tracy, close friends and neighbors of Meghan and Harry, and Tina Kunakey, the wife of French actor Vincent Cassel.
An employee of a nearby lighting company, who had been hired to help decorate for the party, said as he left that there was “lots of music, dancing and singing.”
“A lot of speeches and also food. Everybody had a lot of fun. It was a good party. There were a lot of famous people, but I can’t say more,” he said.
It was also said that during the celebration a ‘male person who sounded like Harry gave a speech’.
Harry and Meghan arrived around 7pm and stayed for around four hours before leaving just after 11pm.
They were transported by a professional driver and accompanied by a security team and an unknown friend.
The party, held at a six-bedroom, eight-bathroom, 8,000-square-foot home in Montecito, came one day after Tyler’s 55th birthday and one day before the Duke of Sussex’s 40th birthday.

In 2020, after Harry and Meghan announced they were stepping down from royal duties and moving to California, the couple lived at Tyler’s Beverly Hills mansion for a few months with their then-one-year-old son Archie.
During an interview with The cut In 2022, Meghan spoke out about her bond with Tyler, explaining that he reached out to her after she married Harry in 2018.
She added that he had sent her a “note” saying he “understood” the enormous pressure she was under and encouraged her to reach out if she ever needed help.
She soon began to openly talk about her problems and the two became close, even though they had never met in real life.
“Sometimes it’s better to tell your life story to a stranger on an airplane than to the people closest to you,” she told The Cut.
According to the outlet, Tyler offering his home to the couple was “in many ways the reason Meghan and Harry started their new life in Southern California.”
