Meghan ‘marches’ with victorious athletes following the cycling medal ceremony at the Invictus Games in Dusseldorf

Meghan Markle has been filmed taking part in the medal ceremony for the cycling events at the Invictus Games in Germany.

A short clip shows the Duchess of Sussex, 42, walking in front of the victorious cyclists, who wear their medals around their necks.

The mother of two wears a matching cream playsuit and blazer in the short video, which she pairs with flat black sandals.

Her jumpsuit is supposedly from Zara, while her blazer is a Celine design and her shoes are from Saint Laurent Sandals.

Meanwhile, in the clip, her long locks are styled in loose waves that fall over her shoulders.

The former royal went for a natural makeup look, combining a fresh base with pink blush, lined eyes and a pink lip.

Meghan added glamor to her everyday look with a selection of jewelery and chose to wear her $2,800 1972 Shiffon and Co tennis pinky band and her £5,000 Cartier love bracelet.

Throughout the day, marking Prince Harry’s 39th birthday, Meghan and her royal husband posed for photos with the gathered crowd.

At one point the audience who had come to Dusseldorf to watch the event sang Happy Birthday to Harry.

The Duke of Sussex looked surprisingly fresh after a night of revelry drinking German beer and eating traditional food as he attended a sitting volleyball match today.

Despite the late night out on the town, the birthday boy arrived at the Merkur Spiel-Arena without seeming to be bothered by the strong local beer.

After Harry and Meghan took their seats in the stands, the stadium announcer asked the crowd: “Is there anyone here celebrating their own special occasion today?” Is it someone’s birthday? Oh, I think it’s someone’s birthday. A certain Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, 39 years old today. Congratulations! Let’s sing along.’

The crowd joined in with a rendition of the song, as Harry clapped along and smiled alongside the Duchess – before saying ‘thank you’ to the audience.

After the volleyball match between host country Germany and Poland, the Polish team heckled Harry and sang ‘Happy Birthday’ again.

As the Sussexes left the area, they were greeted by groups of teenagers, some of whom shouted “We love you, Meghan.” The group had run down from the stands in an attempt to get close to the Duchess as she left.

Lina Dettling, 15, said: ‘We love Meghan. She’s so beautiful and we just wanted to see her.’

Kerlos Yosif, 15, added: ‘We are excited to see Harry and Meghan. To us they are like pop stars. They do so much good.’

The teens were among hundreds of students who were given the day off from school to attend the games.
