Meghan King Shares More Before And After Snapshots Documenting The Results Of Her Plastic Surgeries

Meghan King has shared more before and after photos documenting her new chest and ‘tightened’ nose after going under the knife last year.

The 38-year-old RHOC vet said she had undergone numerous procedures while posting snaps of her ‘enhanced’ bikini body.

In her lengthy post, Meghan – who has been posting the results of her surgeries for some time – described feeling more confident after undergoing a breast implant exchange, a ‘little’ rhinoplasty and Sculptra on her face.

In a lengthy caption, Meghan detailed her decision to speak out about her recent surgeries as part of the ongoing “message of authenticity” she hopes to convey to fans.

“I think it’s easier to stay true to my #filterfree2023 commitment when I recently did some @cosmeticare_ surgical and non-surgical ‘filter’ tweaks with Dr. Niccole,” Meghan began in the post.

“I’ve always been open about the improvements I’ve had (this time I wanted to bring back the fullness of my breasts and a bit of cleavage, and since I was under anesthesia I opted to pinch the tip of my nose for a minor adjustment.)

She also revealed how her insecurities about her chest size led her to adjust it.

“My chest is so wide that it always made me feel masculine on the outside, but I felt so feminine on the inside that I decided to do something called “cosmetic enhancement.”

“I wonder if that aligns with the message of authenticity that I always want to send and my answer is yes, I think so. Because living authentically doesn’t have to make sense to others, my mind can change and I can change.
