Meghan King gushes about the results of plastic surgery on her nose and breasts

Meghan King was excited to show off the results of her recent plastic surgeries after they had some time to heal properly.

The 38-year-old former Real Housewives Of Orange County star shared videos to her Instagram stories on Friday, revealing her appearance just after getting a nose job and breast augmentation, along with more recent photos showing her face after it healed.

She started her barrage of messages with a few videos of herself a week after her rhinoplasty as she was about to remove the protective covering over her nose.

Megan started with some flashback clips from day seven of her recovery, when she still had a thick protective layer over the bridge of her nose, although she admitted she cut some tape on the bottom of her nose.

“I can see my nose, the tip of it, so I’m so excited,” she said as she took the elevator to her surgeon’s office at CosmetiCare.

Although she was focused on her nose reveal, she was joined by Dr. Michael Niccole, who said she also had a breast augmentation.

“We’ve done boobs… We didn’t do anything to her toes, but we did to her nose,” he joked.

After gently removing the covering over her nose, Dr. Niccole instructed her to remove her stitches.

‘This is one of the many reasons why I work for Cosmeticare and Dr. Niccole,’ she explains in her caption. “He always explained things very well. It was helpful and great to understand the operation and the results!”

Later in the clip, she took off her shirt and unfastened the front closure of her bra as the doctor reviewed the results of her breast surgery.

Her surgeon explained that he cut into the muscle in the center of her chest and sewed her implants through the sides of her breasts to give her a more pronounced cleavage, which she seemed excited about.

But while she kept a happy face, Meghan revealed in new clips that she was initially in shock when she saw her nose after the bandages were removed.

When he removed that bandage, my nose was wider than it was originally… I had a basal vagal reaction. If you don’t know what that is, look it up,” she said.

The condition, an interplay between the vagus nerve and blood vessels, can cause people to feel dizzy, nauseous or even pass out, according to VeryWellHealth.com.

Meghan appears to have been shocked after seeing the swelling on her nose and fearing the procedure had failed, although her results weeks after the swelling subsided were astounding.

“You can see why I was all shocked,” she said of the swelling.

But a photo taken just hours after the reveal showed a significant improvement, and as of now, she appears to be looking completely normal.

Now that she’s happy with her new nose, Meghan was confident enough to jokingly post “another original pic of my nose,” which was just a pic of Squidward from SpongeBob SquarePants.
