Megan Thee Stallion teased an important announcement on Friday when she posted Instagram photos of her seemingly working on a project with Netflix’s Stranger Things.

The 27-year-old rap megastar, dressed in a fur-lined denim ensemble showing off her bejeweled navel, is seen holding a Stranger Things title card in one image.

Another photo added fuel to the fire, as the singer sits in a black director’s chair with Netflix’s iconic logo on it.

With her flaming red hair and her nails painted with spiders, Megan suggested she’s hard at work on a new project with Netflix and its flagship series.

The science fiction horror drama has broken streaming records and amassed a worldwide fan base to become a pop culture juggernaut.

Set in the 1980s, the series mainly revolves around a group of teenagers living in the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana, as they face supernatural threats emanating from another dimension. The series has been critically acclaimed since its premiere in 2016 and has won numerous awards over its four seasons.

Megan previously revealed that she was a fan of the series during an interview with one of its stars, Natalia Dyer.

As Collider notes that Megan has also recently earned several acting credits for minor roles.

She previously had a minor guest role on the NBC crime series Good Girls, and played herself in Disney+’s She-Hulk: Attorney At Law, alongside her alter-ego Tina Snow in P-Valley.

Details of this secret collaboration have not been released, but the prospect of this three-time Grammy winner working on one of the hottest shows of all time has sent fans of both the rapper and the series into hysterics.
