Megan Thee Stallion admits to being ‘a little nervous’ to host SNL in a hilarious promo

Rapper Megan Thee Stallion showed her humorous side this weekend in a hilarious promo for her highly anticipated Saturday Night Live debut.

When asked by Sarah Sherman if she was “so excited for this week” of rehearsals, the 27-year-old, who was sitting in her dressing room in an orange and blue mini dress, gushed: “I’m so excited, but a little nervous. !’

“I feel like we’re going to have some fun,” the Sweetest Pie hitmaker told Sherman, 29, before asking the comedian if she realized she was “totally naked.”

‘I’m?’ the SNL star, from Long Island, wondered aloud before looking down and realizing she was in the buff. “It’s not me, me?”

Megan then looked at her from head to toe and said, “Yeah, totally naked.”

Sherman cried out, complaining that “no one” had told her she was naked, not even her co-workers or anyone on the two trains she took to get to 30 Rockefeller Plaza.

‘Let me be the first to tell you, your whole WAP [wet a** p**sy] is out,” Megan mused, referring to her and Cardi B’s explicit rap song.

Sherman then confessed, “It’s more DAP, dry as a bone,” which made Megan’s face twist at the thought.

After their conversation, Sherman offers Megan a hug, who is immediately shot.

The Houston-based musician will both host and perform on the October 15 episode of SNL.

Previously, she was on the SNL soundstage with Chance the Rapper in 2019, and again in 2020 to perform her chart-topping Don’t Stop and Savage.

Last year, Megan Thee Stallion won Best New Artist at the 2021 Grammys and another for Best Rap Performance for her Savage Remix with Beyoncé.
