Model Megan Gale opens up about her devastating grief following the sudden and tragic death of her brother Jason, who went missing for a week in the middle of the “worst year” of his life.
Megan Gale went through a hellish year in 2020 after her business collapsed and her brother Jason was suddenly found dead after going missing for a week.
After she had to “evaluate” whether she could attend her own brother’s funeral in Perth due to the pandemic and her failing business, the 47-year-old model gave up.
With no energy to give during that time, the actress opened up about the devastating pain she felt as her world came crashing down around her.

“All this turmoil with the business was happening at exactly the same time that I lost my brother,” he told the Courier Mails. weekendadding that 2020 was “the worst year of my life.”
‘I just said, ‘I’m done.’ I’m going to take a break because things were a bit crowded.
“At the time, I didn’t have the mental capacity to think about how I was going to save the business because all I need to do now is cry.”

He went on to say that he took the second half of 2020 off from his career because he had no energy to do anything but cry with his family in Perth.
The sudden death of Jason Gale has shaken Megan and her family to the core.
Gale, 49, was last seen buying petrol and water at the Popanyinning General Store on July 14, 2020, 100 miles south-east of his home in Perth.

After a weeklong desperate search by family, friends and police, he was found dead in a bush next to his 1999 Honda CR-V SUV.
The death was not considered suspicious.
Mr. Gale, an industrial mechanic, was known to “go into the jungle” but his friend Belinda Murray said he had never gone missing before.
‘All this turmoil with the business was happening at exactly the same time that I lost my brother. I just said, “I’m done.” I’m going to take a break because things were a bit crowded,” he said.
Murray said Jason “really struggled” after watching a man die in a tragic 2018 incident at a sewage plant south of Perth.
Daily Mail Australia understands that Mr Gale was one of a group of colleagues who were there with the victim when he was struck and killed by a pipe.
