And before her triumphant return, the model walked the red carpet at the David Jones fall/winter launch in Melbourne.
The 47-year-old was accompanied by her partner Shaun Hampson, 34, the genetically blessed couple posing side by side.
Megan dazzled in an elegant black maxi dress that sat close to her statuesque physique.
The beauty added a pair of pointy black heels and carried a small designer clutch bag.

“It’s been 15 years since I last walked the runway, that was fall winter 2008…it feels like yesterday,” she told the magazine. Herald Sun.
Megan said she has always had a good relationship with the store, adding that it was an “honour” to be asked to join the David Jones family.
“It’s quite extraordinary how much time has passed and what has happened with David Jones and also with me and with my own life,” he said.

“It feels really wonderful to come together for such an important milestone and it was an absolute honor to be asked.”
Since stepping out of the spotlight, Megan has been focusing on her family life with partner Shaun Hampson.
Megan and Shaun, who live together in Melbourne, met in 2011 and got engaged in 2017.
Megan shares her daughter Rosie and son River with Shaun.
