Despite putting on a loving display with her beau, Megan decided to forego the custom two-stone engagement ring that MGK gave her in January 2022.

In recent months, there have been rumors that Megan and MGK’s relationship was on the rocks following allegations that the rapper-turned-rocker had been unfaithful.
