The 28-year-old former Love Islander went for a chic look while rocking a black mesh maxi dress for the outing, heading to the venue after a London Fashion Week party earlier in the evening.
She paired the garment, which had a thigh-grazing leg opening, with a belted leather jacket on top.
And apparently the same memo was received by model Hana, who also opted for a darker ensemble and teamed Megan with a leather jacket of her own.
Liam Payne and his girlfriend Kate Cassidy were also pictured at the hotspot at the same time, having attended British Vogue editor Edward Enninful’s birthday party earlier in the evening.

The beauty, who recently rekindled her romance with TOWIE’s Demi Sims, let her blonde locks fall freely in a light wave as they fell to her chest.
While she added a tan makeup look with a red lip, along with a layered necklace collection.
Hana was also photographed making her way inside the celebrity hotspot, keeping a low-key look while opting for a pair of low-rise black pants.
The model added a khaki corset with detailed silver brooch, keeping the chill at bay with a turn-up leather jacket.
Keeping with the leather theme, she slung a matching bag over one shoulder and kept accessories to a minimum.
Hana looked radiant with a light application of makeup, while her chocolate-colored locks fell freely.
