The actress, 62, returned from a recent trip to warm Los Angeles dressed in a long black cashmere coat.
The frayed hem of her straight jeans was visible down to her mid-calf and she wore black sneakers.
The Sleepless in Seattle star’s shoulder-length blonde hair was styled in natural layers and parted at the side.
She wore natural-looking makeup and dark sunglasses with gold frames.

American Comedy Award winner Daisy’s daughter Daisy, about 20, walked with her mother in a brown and cream sweater over an apricot shirt, skinny jeans and brown lace-up boots.
The student’s shoulder-length dark hair was styled in a long bob with bangs and she wore black-rimmed glasses.
Both mother and daughter enjoyed a healthy snack; they both had a partially eaten apple in their hands.
Ryan adopted Daisy from China in 2006, when the girl was about two years old.
The actress and director added a bit of her own life to that of Willa, the character she played in her 2023 film What Happens Later with David Duchovney.
Like Ryan, Willa had adopted a child.
‘I put that in because my daughter is my daughter,” she said Glamour.
“Our relationship has convinced me of magic.”
The actress was accompanied by her daughter Daisy, aged about 20, who walked with her mother, wearing a brown and cream sweater over an apricot shirt, skinny jeans and brown lace-up ankle boots.
