Meet the new hot judge on The Block! Channel Nine renovation show welcomes hunky newcomer Marty Fox

There’s a new hot judge on The Block.

Newcomer Marty Fox was spotted on the set of the Channel Nine renovation series in Melbourne last weekend.

Longtime judge Shaynna Blaze looked overjoyed as she strolled alongside her new hunky co-star and badass Darren Palmer.

The trio appeared in high spirits as they geared up for a day of filming.

Shaynna looked typically glamorous, wearing a white blouse, baggy pants and a fur-trimmed puffer jacket.

Meanwhile, Darren was smart in a white T-shirt paired with black pants and a blue jacket.

Marty made sure all eyes were on him as he walked the set in an olive green suit with a tight white T-shirt.

He completed his look with stylish sunglasses and gray sneakers.

Marty is the CEO of WHITEFOX Real Estate and will act as a semi-regular judge in the final season.

He started building his career as a real estate agent at the age of 21, before starting his own agency.

Fans may remember the slick businessman from the show’s 2020 season, when he sold Harry and Tash Pavlou’s beautiful home.

Fellow judge Neale Whittaker was not filming this weekend, but he would still be a regular judge on the schedule.

The upcoming season of The Block will be filmed in Hampton East, a Bayside suburb of Melbourne, just 9 miles from the CBD.

Shaynna recently revealed the one thing people do wrong when it comes to renovating their own home.

Speaking to The Australian this month, she said everyone is turning to social media for inspiration and making their home “soulless” by following the “cookie-cutter” design trend.

“We’ve been living in this Instagram and Pinterest world for so long that people just completely copy and paste what someone else has done,” Shaynna told the publication.

“There’s a lack of soul in a lot of things people put out and an oversaturation of vanilla, with people just laundering their homes and their lives.”

She added, “Renovation costs a lot of money, and they don’t want to get it wrong, but people care too much about what others think and that’s where the cookie cutter becomes a safety net.”

Shaynna is known for her work on The Block and Selling Houses Australia.

Western Sydney best friends Omar Slaimankhel and Ozman ‘Oz’ Abu Malik were crowned winners of The Block last year.

They made the largest profit on reserve of any five homes, selling their reno for $5,666,666 and taking home a record $1.6 million.

IT entrepreneur Danny Wallis placed the winning bid on their home after being embroiled in a bidding war with entrepreneur Adrian Portelli.
