The late Queen’s ‘favourite grandson’ Peter Phillips has apparently started a new romance with an NHS nurse and freelance writer, just weeks after the end of his previous three-year relationship.
King Charles’s 46-year-old cousin Peter was photographed with pediatric nurse and freelance writer Harriet Sperling at the Badminton Horse Trials this weekend.
The ‘smitten’ couple watched the cross-country riding before heading off in a vehicle on Saturday with Peter’s daughters Savannah, 13, and 12-year-old Isla.
The event, which was also attended Peter’s sister Zara Tindal42, and her husband Mike Tindall, 45, is a popular tradition for members of the royal family who sometimes take part in the games themselves.
One of Peter’s friends previously confirmed that the royal family recently met someone and they have been spending time together, but this is the first time the new couple has been seen and photographed out and about.

Peter is said to be the late queen’s favorite grandson and is also close to his uncle, King Charles.
News of Harriet’s relationship comes just weeks after Peter, who is 18th in line to the throne, split from his partner of three years, Lindsay Wallace, 43.
Before dating her, Peter married Autumn Kelly in 2008 after announcing their engagement the year before. They ended their 13-year marriage in 2021.
Speaking of Peter and Harriet, a witness said The sun: ‘They looked completely defeated and he was grinning from ear to ear.
“He looked like the cat that got the cream and acted without a care in the world.”
Medical hero Harriet has had a long and successful career in the NHS through her work as a pediatric nurse specialist.

Peter and his recent partner Lindsay went their separate ways after the relationship “ran its course”, a source previously told The Sun.
