Meet the Farmer Wants A Wife 2025 crop! Eight handsome new heartthrobs looking for love on the hit Channel Seven dating show have been revealed

Farmer Wants A Wife has long been a fan favorite. Every year, viewers hope for a new generation of handsome farmers who team up with single women to find love.

The 2024 series, presented by Samantha Armytage, will once again see six single farmers go on dates with a group of eligible women in the hope of finding their future wife.

It was perhaps the most dramatic series to date, with fan favourite Farmer Bert returning home single and bidding a shock farewell, before a text message scandal surrounding his ‘secret boyfriend’ rocked the cast.

While the tumultuous journey for 2024 farmers Bert, Joe, Dustin, Dean, Tom, and Todd only ended in May, casting is already underway for the 2025 series.

The lucky new farmers selected for the 2025 episode of the popular reality dating show have already been announced, but it doesn’t look like they’re slowing down any time soon.

Eight handsome singles have been selected for the dating show Seven, but two men have been eliminated from the final selection. Next year, only six farmers will be on screen.

The farmers in the running for the role in 2025 include Reidy, a 29-year-old banana and avocado farmer from Mareeba, Queensland, and seven others.

Handsome cattle farmer Jack, 26, from Oberon, New South Wales, opens his heart to love in 2025, together with sheep farmer Jarrad, 21, from Stanthorpe, Queensland.

Now the lucky new farmers (pictured) selected for the 2025 episode of the popular reality dating show have been revealed, with two more to be cut before the final six take to the screen.

Also in the running for a spot in the official cast of 2025 is Corey, a 24-year-old farmer from Biloela, Queensland who grows beans, hay and cotton.

Handsome Jack L, 26, who runs a dairy farm in Railton, Tasmania, has signed up, along with sheep farmer Tom M, 31, from Borambola, New South Wales.

Also looking for love are wheat, barley and lentil farmer Thomas, 35, from Kimba, South Australia, and cattle and arable farmer Chooka, 25, from Goornong, Victoria.

The series is still in pre-production and it remains to be seen which two farmers will be eliminated and which six will enter the picture to begin their search for true love.

Single women looking for a happy life on a farm can register now in preparation for the latest matchmaking journey to hit our screens.

Little is known about the 2025 FWAW series. Filming has yet to begin and a release date has not yet been confirmed.

Samantha will return to present the show after signing a huge two-year contract, with Channel Seven continuing to make Natalie Gruzlewski her understudy

Samantha returns as the show’s presenter, having signed a huge two-year contract, while Channel Seven once again has Natalie Gruzlewski as her understudy.

The former Sunrise presenter replaced Natalie as host of the dating show last year, with Natalie appearing in a more ‘reduced’ role over the past two seasons.

Natalie was a firm fan favorite, directing the first eight seasons of the reality series from 2007 to 2012, before returning in 2020.

Amid the presentation changes, it was claimed that Samantha recently signed a new contract with Channel Seven, which will see her remain on the show for another two years.

It is rumoured that Natalie will instead continue in an ‘understudy’ role alongside Samantha, having only briefly appeared in the 2024 series.

A source told Daily Mail Australia: “This new contract with Channel Seven marks a new era for her at the network.”

“With the show having been so successful, it was a good time to renegotiate. Samantha is looking forward to getting back into regional Australia and creating new love stories,” they added.

The source stressed that there will be no changes to the presentation of Farmer Wants A Wife next year, despite many disgruntled fans clamoring for Natalie to return to the stage.

They added that the format for the 2025 series will remain the same.
