The new couple – who sparked dating rumors a month ago – stepped out in casual looks as they got cozy at a restaurant.
The 41-year-old former child star wore a bright blue Simpsons hoodie and form-fitting gray leggings.
For his part, the 33-year-old Lovecraft Country actor wore loose-fitting blue cuffed pants and a denim jacket.
It comes as Meagan’s former Nickelodeon co-star Robert Ri’chard issued a statement defending her for dating majors despite his abuse and criminal charges.

Jonathan rolled up the sleeves of his outer layer and wore a dark green hoodie underneath.
The California resident – who has been embroiled in a domestic violence scandal since March – wore a beige baseball cap and dark sunglasses.
He completed his low-key ensemble with a pair of distressed yellow, brown, and white high-top sneakers.
On Friday TMZ reported that Meagan’s former cousin Skeeter co-star Richard defended her new relationship after fan backlash.
The 40-year-old entertainer said Meagan is “a divine woman” and an “excellent” judge of character.

In a video clip, the actor said of Good, “I think she’s one of the most iconic people on the planet.
“We use her as a benchmark of what beauty is, both inside and out, and she’s a divine woman, so we have nothing to worry about.”
He added, “I’m sure she’s not the first person to stand behind a man who might be wrongfully convicted of something he did or didn’t do.”
When asked what Meagan is like as a character judge, Ri’Chard replied, “She’s been outstanding all her life.”
He added, “She’s always kind of associated with leading men who are sincere,” referring to her ex-husband DeVon Franklin.
Robert emphasized, “She’s been a great, great character connoisseur.”
“I never see Meagan doing anything that could compromise the way people see her,” he concluded.
Majors is charged with attempted assault, assault, aggravated harassment and harassment in New York City after being accused of punching his ex-girlfriend in March.
