Two boys have died and a teenage driver was injured after their car collided with another vehicle before crashing into a power pole in Sydney’s northwest overnight.
Emergency services rushed to Windsor Road in McGraths Hill, 53km northwest of Sydney, about 9.40pm on Monday after reports of a car crash.
Police were told the Nissan 200SX sedan, driven by a 17-year-old boy and with two teenage passengers on board, allegedly collided with a Ford Falcon before leaving the road and crashing into a utility pole.
The two male passengers were seriously injured in the horror accident and died on the spot.
The driver was treated by paramedics for chest and internal injuries before being taken to Westmead Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
