McDonald’s fans hail exclusive new menu items as ‘life-changing’ – but they are not available everywhere
McDonald’s has launched two new versions of its McShaker fries – and fans say they are ‘life-changing’.
One has a spicy masala flavor and the other a sweet churro flavor.
Customers receive a bag of fries and then sprinkle the herbs over it like salt – and then shake the bag well.
But to top it all off for fans in the US, the new fries are only available in Canada.
The newly revealed flavors were shared on Instagram by food blog Snackolator on Tuesday, May 28.

American fans expressed their frustration in the comments.
One said: ‘Why does Canada get all this nice stuff?’

But an American explained why they wouldn’t be in American restaurants.
‘We had these in America for a while, but they didn’t catch on.’ They wrote. ‘So fast that I never tried them.

McDonald’s is planning a $5 meal bundle starting June 25. Customers will get a total of four items: a McDouble or McChicken sandwich, small fries, small soda and four McNuggets.
Burger King has a similar $5 deal, while Wendy’s has launched a $3 breakfast meal – as a fast food price war appears to be escalating.
