A customer shared the one five-letter word that could score more McDonald’s ice cream.
A man visited the fast food restaurant and asked for two soft ice cream cones to prove his point.
And to get more ice cream, all you have to do is ask for ‘extra’.
The skit is part of a series in which four friends go to fast food chains and ask for more than advertised.
The results were shared in videos posted on TikTok that have gained thousands of views.

In the clip, the man speaks to a McDonald’s employee at the counter and asks, “Two soft serve ice cream – one just normal, and also, can I get a second one with a little extra on it?”
The employee, who turns out to be the restaurant manager, looked shocked at the request.
‘Is that possible? Is that possible?’ he asked, and the manger turned to her colleagues with a smile.
After a short pause, she replied, “Yes…”
“You’re the best, thank you very much,” he said.
Another employee then brought up his request and the customer was completely surprised to get what he asked for.
One soft serve ice cream had a standard amount of ice cream and the other had almost double that amount.
‘Oh my God! It clearly works, wow. Thank you!’ he said laughing.
“If you never ask, you never know.”
These requests often work with McDonald’s employees from time to time if customers politely request them.
It comes as another foodie revealed the “best” way to eat a McDonald’s double cheeseburger, claiming that with a little prep, the taste can be “out of this world.”
Angelo, of AngeEats online fame, claims that adding hash brown and Sweet’N’Sour sauce to the burger makes all the difference.
But the Melbourne-based foodie also likes to order his bun steamed, not toasted, when making the creative adjustments to his meal.
“This combination is out of this world,” he said.
In a video, he shows exactly how to make the changes, removing the top bun, adding the hash brown and pouring the sauce over it before putting the bun back in place.
It comes as another foodie revealed the ‘best’ way to eat a McDonald’s double cheeseburger, claiming that with a little prep the taste can be ‘out of this world’
“Look, that’s my go-to, it’s great,” he said.
His burger hack has been seen by more than half a million people – and dozens confirm they won’t eat the burgers any other way.
The foodie also called on other people to share their Maccas hacks so he could try it another day.
