McDonald’s adds eight items to brand new value menu – and some will cost you just $1
McDonald’s is officially launching its new ‘McValue’ meal deal at locations across the country this week.
The new menu, first announced in November, offers customers “even more ways to enjoy the food they love, for less,” with eight items — some of which cost as little as one dollar.
Starting Tuesday, customers will have access to a brand new “Buy One, Add One for $1” offer on the chain’s popular breakfast, lunch and dinner items.
The new low-cost meal bundle builds on the $5 meal deal the fast food company introduced this summer.
The new, cost-effective menu allows customers to pay full price for any of the breakfast options, including Sausage McMuffin, Sausage Biscuit, Sausage Burrito and hash browns. They can then get a new one for just one dollar.
Customers can also enjoy the same concept with the lunch and dinner menu, which includes 6-piece Chicken McNuggets, Double Cheeseburger, McChicken and Small Fries.
National Value chairman and owner/operator of McDonald’s 2025, Cory Watson, said the new deal also includes local deals with special discounted prices on famous a la carte items unique to meal bundle deals.

“You can find great prices on iced coffee, soft drinks, cheeseburgers, Chicken McNuggets and more,” Watson said.
‘We are of great value to everyone, whether you have one group or are feeding the whole family.’
As the new deal makes its way to locations across the US, McDonald’s customers also noticed a favorite dessert, the Strawberry & & Crème Pie, slowly returning to menus.
According to food blogger markie_devo, customers have recently spotted the treat at select locations in multiple states.
“If you see this it’s already too late, the GOAT Holiday Pie at McD’s is probably gone (until next time buddy).”

The creamy pie is made with strawberries and vanilla-flavored cream, baked into a sugary crust.
“If this is as good as the guava and cream cakes McD had earlier, I’ll have to try it,” one Instagram user wrote.
McDonald’s has not revealed any details about the Strawberry and Crème Pie rollout and has not confirmed how long it will be on its 2025 menus.
The average price of a McDonald’s Strawberry & Crème Pie is currently $2.49 #HackTheMenu.
Several Instagram users were excited to try the cake for the first time, as strawberry was their “favorite flavor.”

Others joked about how the cake’s return made their day better and even claimed they would name their child ‘Strawberry and Cream Cake’.
“Omg, I just checked the app and we got them. A true miracle considering we never get seasonal cakes here,” one fan wrote.
A few enthusiastic customers also pointed out their joy at the cake’s return and their anger at it not being available all year round.
‘McDonald’s should put strawberry cream pies on the menu all year round. I don’t want a holiday cake,” one fan tweeted.
The limited-time cake is usually only offered during the winter or spring seasons All recipes.

The famous McDonald’s Snack Wrap will also return in the new year after disappearing from US menus in 2016.
The Chicago-based fast-food giant confirmed in early December that it will reintroduce the popular item, but Joe Erlinger, president of McDonald’s USA, did not specify the exact return date, citing “full reasons.”
The Snack Wrap, which debuted in 2006, featured crispy or grilled chicken, cheese and sauces wrapped in a soft flour tortilla.
The affordable snack gained a ‘cult status’ among customers, many of whom continued to call for its return.
“This has a cult following,” Erlinger told ABC. “I get so many emails in my inbox about this product.”
