Manchester City defender Ruben Dias has posed shirtless for a magazine shoot just days after rumors emerged that he is dating Love Island presenter Maya Jama.
Dias, 27, and Jama, 30, met at the European Music Awards in November and started following each other on Instagram shortly after.
They were then spotted celebrating New Year’s Eve together in Ibiza as speculation mounted that they could be an item.
Neither Dias nor Jama have confirmed whether they are in a relationship, but the former has thrust himself back into the spotlight after flaunting his ripped physique for the latest edition of DREAMERS VOL. 2 for DSection Magazine.
The Portuguese centre-back swapped his City kit for an Emporio Armani outfit, but ditched the shirt for some photos.
Dias also spoke about his football career in an interview with the magazine, revealing how he dealt with the setback of losing the Champions League final to Chelsea in 2021, before triumphing in the same competition two years later.

“That (loss to Chelsea) could have derailed me, but instead it strengthened my resolve,” he said.
‘The following season we suffered another heartbreak against Real Madrid, but in my third season we won the Champions League in Istanbul.
‘Defeats are moments of enormous strength; they are part of the process that leads to greater success.”
Meanwhile, Jama is preparing for the launch of Love Island All Stars, and earlier this week she addressed rumors about her dating situation.
Speaking at the lavish villa in South Africa, she said: ‘Even before Love Island people were interested in my love life so I’m used to it.’
The brunette beauty insisted: ‘This time it’s not about my love life, it’s about theirs – let’s focus on the islanders.’
But she was willing to give tips on how to approach your crush.
Jama added: ‘Don’t be shy about hitting on people or putting your feelings out there because you never know what’s going to happen and someone else could come in and steal your partner – so just go for it and don’t hold back. Don’t play long games and take action.’

Jama and Stormzy reunited in 2023, but announced last July that they had gone their separate ways.
Dias is also used to his love life being discussed in the media. He previously dated Portuguese pop star April Ivy and Love Island star Arabella Chi.
