Maya Jama looked stylish as she was spotted leaving the Lee premiere afterparty with Mustafa the Poet on Tuesday night, two months after her split from Stormzy.

The 30-year-old Love Island presenter kept it casual in a simple Balenciaga T-shirt and baggy, faded blue jeans.

To dress up the outfit a bit, Maya wore a pair of black open heels and completed the look with a pair of dark shades.

Maya and Stormzy shocked the showbiz world in July when they announced their split, having previously split in 2019 after a five-year relationship and a renewed relationship in August 2023.

In a joint statement, they announced their “final” split: “We fell madly in love in 2014, split in 2019 and spent five years trying to drive our lives apart.

‘We have decided to try it for the last time in August 2023. We have done everything we can to make it work for the past year. But recently we have decided to stop.

“We were 21 and 20 when we first met – both early in our careers – and we’ve had five years of growing together and five years apart, so this last attempt required a lot of figuring out, relearning, and unlearning. We tried, and it didn’t work, and that’s okay.”

Since the split, Maya seems to have had a great summer and recently she looked radiant as she joined the excited crowd took to the streets in colourful outfits last month for Notting Hill Carnival’s ‘family day’.

The presenter was spotted walking past her fellow festival-goers with a drink and enjoying the party on Portobello Road.

Notting Hill is one of the UK’s longest running street parties and celebrates Caribbean culture with colourfully dressed performers parading through the streets, dancing and music.

Maya showed off her always impeccable style while giving a nod to her Somali heritage in her custom Connor Ives outfit.

Her dark hair was left loose in her natural curls and styled with an intricate braid that she woven over the top of her head.

Maya joined the revellers as they watched floats and hundreds of performers in colourful costumes parade through the streets of West London in the annual celebration of Caribbean culture.

The star also celebrated her 30th birthday this summer, with her enjoying a variety of events to mark the milestone.
