Maya Hawke revealed that she got in trouble with her father Ethan Hawke for lying to him as a teenager on Tuesday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live.
The 24-year-old actress opened up while playing a generational question-and-answer game with fellow guest Bryan Cranston, 67, on the Bravo talk show.
‘What were the worst problems you had to deal with as a teenager?’ talk show host Andy Cohen (55) asked her during High School Me! segment.
“Oh, I lied about where I said I was going to therapy, and I was really going to lose my virginity,” said Maya, wearing a sleeveless pink champagne dress and long see-through gloves.
Andy burst out laughing at the reveal, and Bryan dramatically said, “Me too.

“I can’t believe I just said that, but it’s the truth,” Maya said.
“Wow!” exclaimed Andy.
“My father was very upset,” Maya said.
Andy noted that Ethan, 52, only knew she hadn’t gone to therapy and not that she was going to lose her virginity.
“No, and he gave me a really hard time,” Maya said.
He went, ‘Where were you? Where did you go?” Maya said, imitating him in a gruff voice.
“And I said, ‘How am I supposed to have secrets if I can’t tell lies?'” Maya recalls.
Andy and Bryan were both impressed by her comeback.

“Wow, that’s such a good line,” Andy said.
“Put that on a bumper sticker right now,” Bryan said.
Andy said, knowing Ethan, he probably respected it.
Maya said her father did and joked that he was “foiled again.

A few virtual fans later asked Maya what it would take for Quentin Tarantino to move forward with Kill Bill Volume 3 starring her mother Uma Thurman, 53, and herself.
“I think he really enjoys talking about the idea of doing a Part 3. So what I think it actually takes is everyone doesn’t talk about it long enough that he gets annoyed that nobody asks him about it anymore, and then he’s going to be like I’m going to show them now that they want it,’ Maya said.
Bryan agreed that reverse psychology was a viable option.
‘I don’t think he has it in him. The first two were the whole idea, and that’s it,” Maya Quentin, 60, teased.
