Max Verstappen’s first world title remains in his custody after the FIA decides not to issue docking points as a penalty for Red Bull’s budget cap violation.
Red Bull has been fined £6million for breaching the 2021 Formula One cost cap.
They have also been subject to a limit on aerodynamic testing for the next 12 months, potentially limiting their performance in 2023.
