Max George hit back at an Instagram follower who accused him of making his girlfriend Maisie Smith ‘look and act differently’.
The “Wanted” singer, 34, who began dating the 21-year-old actress earlier this year, told the fan to shut up on Sunday.
The follower was commenting on one of the couple’s recent snaps that saw Maisie looking gorgeous in a red satin mini dress and stockings.

With Max replying: ‘Yes, I am, right? Mandy…shut up’.
The lovebirds had been sharing snaps with fans from their recent trip to New York and dressed up for a night on Broadway.

Gushing: Next to the snaps, Maisie wrote, “Life with you,” and Max commented, “You couldn’t be more perfect.”
Styling her red locks into an updo, the star completed her look with gold earrings and a pearl necklace.
Meanwhile, Max looked stylish in a white, high-necked blouse that she paired with beige pants and a black coat.
Alongside the snaps, Maisie wrote, “Life with you,” and Max commented, “You couldn’t be more perfect.”
Maisie and Max have proven to be inseparable ever since they got together over the summer after meeting on their Strictly series in 2020.
The couple made their relationship official in August, moving in together just weeks after meeting on the Strictly Come Dancing live arena tour.
Trip: It comes after the couple enjoyed a romantic stroll through Central Park during their trip to New York.
The couple recently responded to “concern” over their 13-year age difference in their first joint interview.
The former soap opera actress would have been just nine years old when the “Wanted” singer rose to fame, releasing his first single in 2010.
Maisie addressed the reaction in Hello! magazine, telling fans that he has “never” noticed the age difference due to the couple having “similar thoughts.”
She said: ‘People ask me, ‘Do you notice?’ and i never have. We are so related. I have friends in their 30s and 40s. You connect with who you connect with.’
Max added: ‘It never crosses my mind. Maisie has already done so many things that amaze me, I admire her.”
