Kyle Richards’ estranged husband Mauricio Umansky looked relaxed as he enjoyed dinner with an old friend in Beverly Hills on Monday.
The reality star, 53 – who has denied he is dating his Dancing with the Stars partner Emma Slater – was spotted with Paul ‘PK’ Kemsley, 56, as he left Il Pastaio.
PK has also been dealing with rumors of problems with his own marriage to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Dorit Kemsley, 47.
Mauricio was dressed like he came straight from a DWTS rehearsal to the dinner.
The Dealmaker author wore a loose-fitting white tank top over navy blue sweatpants. He threw on a black leather jacket for some warmth in the cool nighttime temperatures, and completed his attire with a pair of gray sneakers.

Mauricio put his arm around his friend’s neck as they walked down the street.
As a joke, the property manager placed a top hat on his head while he posed for a moment.
The entrepreneur-turned-entertainer has been preparing for Tuesday night’s appearance on DWTS.
He and the other participants will perform their version of the Argentine Tango.
Since announcing his divorce from wife Richards, 54, Mauricio has had to deal with rumors that he and his dance partner Slater, 34, are more than friends.
It started after the two were spotted holding hands after a recent private dinner in Beverly Hills.
However, both he and Emma have insisted they are just good friends.

“To be clear, we are not dating. We are really good friends, we have been dancing together for six weeks now, four hours a day, every day,” Mauricio said in a post on Emma’s Instagram.
“Guys, it’s intense,” the choreographer added.
“Like you guys are a really special bond and I think we have similar personalities, so we’re super supportive…we’re definitely there for each other. It’s beautiful, that’s a wonderful thing!’
Mauricio insisted it was all exaggerated as he explained what happened: “We’re really good friends, and just to be clear, right after the rehearsal we went to a restaurant to get sushi, we had our rehearsal clothes on. A lot of the stories are wrong, a lot of them.”

Mauricio and Kyle still live under the same roof, and the Halloween Ends actress has been dealing with rumors of her own about an alleged romance with her boyfriend Morgan Wade.
Both Kyle and the country singer have been denying for months that there is any romance between them.
During a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Kyle admitted she was “surprised” by the photos of her ex and Emma holding hands.
“I don’t know if anything has happened yet, but clearly something has,” Kyle said. “Listen, I love him very much and we’re friendly, but that really hurt me.”
Kyle admitted that the photos were the reason she deleted her Instagram post in support of them.
“But I voted for them too,” Kyle said.
