Matthew Perry was honored during the annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade with a subtle but sweet tribute during a performance outside the iconic superstore.
Singer-songwriter Jax sang a cover of Jet’s Are You Gonna Be My Girl atop a Toys ‘R’ Us float while wearing a gray sweater with a shot from a famous scene from Friends.
The image showed Courteney Cox’s Monica with a turkey on her head next to a shocked Chandler Bing, played by the late actor Perry.
The beloved star was found dead in his hot tub on October 28, at the age of 54. His cause of death has been postponed pending the results of a toxicology report.

The image was a scene from season five of the groundbreaking ’90s sitcom titled The One With All The Thanksgivings, in which the group shared stories about their worst Thanksgivings.
In a flashback scene, Monica tries to humiliate Chandler by tricking him into taking off his clothes as a reward for once branding her “fat.”
But her plans are thwarted when she accidentally drops a knife and almost cuts off his toe.
In the present day, Chandler is angry that his weight jibe almost cost him a grade and storms out, with Monica later placing a turkey on her head, complete with a fez and sunglasses in an attempt to break the ice with him.
