Matt Smith cut a relaxed figure as he went to lunch with Poppy Delevingne’s ex-husband James Cook at Scott’s in London on Good Friday.

The actor, 40, kept it casual in a black logo hoodie and dark jeans, which he paired with a pair of chunky black boots.

He shielded his eyes from the sunny weather with round sunglasses and styled his dark brown locks in a natural tousled style.

The Doctor Who star made a jovial appearance at lunchtime, where his beloved Irish terrier sat in a chair next to him while Matt held his lead.

He was accompanied by his friend and model Poppy’s ex-husband James, who cut a stylish figure in a white T-shirt and denim jacket.

The businessman, 43, completed his attire with a navy blue mottled scarf and shielded his eyes with black square sunglasses.

The friends were seen chatting eagerly as they enjoyed a sip of San Pellegrino sparkling water while sitting in a sheltered outdoor area.

James and Poppy have yet to publicly address their breakup, but are said to have called off their union early last year.

Poppy and James, who works for his family’s aerospace company, tied the knot in 2014 at a church ceremony in Knightsbridge, with sisters Cara, 30, and Chloe, 37, among her many bridesmaids.

Rumors began to circulate about their marriage when James resigned as director of her company Poppy Delevingne Limited, the company that accounts for her “photography activities.”

Celebrity dating app Raya had added a new account in November with photos that appeared to be of James, but he never confirmed if it was his account or if someone had opened a parody account.

And Poppy – who is still married to her husband of eight years – was recently spotted holding hands with Prince Constantine Alexios of Greece and Denmark on a walk in west London, near where she lives.

An eyewitness told the Daily Mail: “They were kissing and embracing in the middle of a bookshop – they certainly weren’t concerned about being seen together.”

Despite the 12-year age difference between Poppy, 36, and Prince William’s godson, 24, it is believed they have been enjoying each other’s company for some time.

The son of Crown Prince and Princess Pavlos, known to his friends as Tino, is often regarded as one of Europe’s most eligible royal bachelors.

He is the grandson of the late King Constantine II of Greece, who was a cousin of King Charles and one of Prince William’s five godparents. He died in January at the age of 82.
