Speaking to DailyMail.com Thursday, the board chairman who witnessed the horrific sexual act said they were stunned as to who the hacker was — and brushed off the bizarre incident simply saying “it happens.”

‘What is going on?’ one community member asks as the unnamed masturbator appears briefly on screen, while others in the virtual conversation look horrified.
