Poh Ling Yeow rose to fame in Australia’s MasterChef.
And now the 49-year-old celebrity chef has shared a secret diary of recipes she used while appearing on the show’s Back to Win season in 2020.
Poh posted a photo of the notebook with a long list of dishes and ingredients written out in her own handwriting on her Instagram page.
The reality star captioned the story: “A page from an ingredient list notebook I memorized for @masterchefau Back To Win.”
Poh’s notes include ingredients and recipes for pineapple shrimp curry, flourless brandy chocolate cake, and lemongrass chicken.

MasterChef: Back to Win was Poh’s return to the ratings after placing runner-up in the show’s debut season in 2009.
Filmed in 2020, Back to Win featured previous MasterChef cast members and was won by Emelia Jackson, while Poh finished sixth.
It comes after Poh paid tribute to MasterChef star Jock Zonfrillo following his sudden death at age 46 last month.
Poh had lost her beloved dog Rino a few days earlier.
“We lost two complicated Scots this week. RIP Jock and Rhino,” she wrote.
She added that she extended her “strength and love” to Zonfrillo’s widow Lauren Fried and his four children, Ava, Sophia, Alfie and Isla..
End of last month Poh shared her heartbreak after the death of her beloved pet.
“My little rhino is gone,” the cook revealed in the caption alongside a shooting star emoji.
Poh regularly shared pictures of Rhino on her social media along with her other dog named Tim.
