Melissa Leong took a dip in an ice bath on Saturday after discussing how she got back into her fitness regime.

The former MasterChef Australia judge, 42, took to her Instagram Stories to give insight into her health routine as she took a dip in an ice-cold bath.

She showed off her incredible figure in a strapless bikini as she took a mirror selfie during a visit to wellness studio Nimbus Co.

Melissa posed with a towel over one shoulder as she prepared to immerse herself in the ice bath in a dip believed to improve alertness and reduce pain.

Earlier this month, Melissa shared how she got ‘back’ into her workout routine when she revisited the wellness studio.

She joked that she was getting back to her normal routine after “eating cake, ice cream and chocolate for three weeks straight.”

Melissa regularly takes ice baths and regularly shares photos of herself preparing for her dive on her social media.

Melissa will return to TV screens next week as she fronts a new three-part documentary series about Australia’s healthcare system.

The TV star will appear in the new SBS docuseries The Hospital: In The Deep End, which airs on Thursday, June 6.

Melissa will be on the program together with Samuel Johnson and Costa Georgiadis.

The show will see the trio spend time with medical professionals at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney to better understand health issues in Australia.

Melissa revealed that she wanted to take part in the project so she could gain insight into her mother’s career as a nurse.

“My time in the emergency department certainly gave me a brief glimpse of what she did,” she told TV Week.

‘I think [my mother is] such an extremely empathetic person. I get a lot of my inspiration for how I want to live my life from her.’

Her new TV venture comes after she was dropped from MasterChef Australia last year, leaving fans devastated.

She co-hosted the series with Andy Allen and the late Jock Zonfrillo, who was tragically found dead in a Melbourne hotel room on April 30, 2023.

Andy has returned to the cooking competition this year alongside new judges Sofia Levin, Poh Ling Yeow and Jean-Christophe Novelli.

After leaving MasterChef, Melissa hosted the spin-off series Dessert Masters alongside Amaury Guichon.

Melissa recently described her appearance on Dessert Masters as a ‘dream come true’ while speaking to Ny Breaking Australia.
