And now, MasterChef Australia star Poh Ling Yeow has revealed the secret to his incredibly youthful face.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia this week at her new pop-up restaurant in QT Melbourne, the 49-year-old reality star said two supermarket-bought staples are part of her beauty regimen: a foaming facial cleanser and a moisturizer.

‘Neutrogena foaming face wash with Aveeno. All my life. That’s what I’ve always worn and I swear by it,” she said.

Poh said he has been eating “very clean” recently, picking up fresh produce from the farmers’ market near his Jamface Café in Adelaide.

“The other day for dinner I had half a melon with very well done local prosciutto,” she explained, adding that she has also delighted in steamed limes and mushrooms.

Although she often puts her culinary talents to good use in her own kitchen, she also enjoys naughty treats like chocolate and two-minute noodles.

‘I eat very cleanly because the product is delicious, but I will go from that to eating chocolate for breakfast. I can also be a really gross person,’ she joked.

‘I love two minute noodles. That is my vice. If I’m a little down or a little stressed, that’s my go-to.

That and some lettuce or Wombok and then some frozen fish balls or whatever I can find in the freezer.

Poh recently revealed that she will be returning to MasterChef this year as a guest judge after enjoying her last appearance on the show alongside Melissa Leong.

She returned to competition cooking for the Back to Win season in 2020.

And while he had hoped to work alongside original judges Gary Mehigan, George Calombaris, and Matt Preston, he praised Melissa.

‘It was really lovely to have that feminine energy from Melissa. I felt like she really brought such a different vibe and sensibility to the judges that I really appreciated,” she said.

She went on to say that she developed a “cultural bond” with Melissa, 42, of Chinese-Singaporean descent, and was grateful to have “someone in [her] side’.
