“I share every part of my life with all of you, so this feels good to share our sadness…I wanted nothing more to share with you all the growing of our little family.

“I don’t think anything can ever prepare you for losing a little one, and even though our baby was so small, that doesn’t make it any less difficult.”

She continued, “Not many people talk about miscarriage, and I really understand now how difficult it can be, but for me, it has helped me heal physically and mentally.

‘We feel very positive about the future and I am so grateful to have Max by my side.

“We’ve taken time to process it all, and we can’t wait to become parents soon, and of course Alfie is very excited to be a big brother one day.”
