Famed former MasterChef contestant Jimmy Seervai has bagged a whopping $20 million after selling two prime properties on Sydney’s North Shore.
The two houses, in adjacent blocks, are in Mosman, 8km from the CBD, which Servai, 44, and his wife Eloise bought in 2020 for $11.6 million.
He sold the first four-bedroom apartment in February for an eye-watering $10.4 million, after it was listed for $9 million.
Seervai put the second property – a five-bedroom, two-bathroom house – under the hammer for $9.4 million, after putting it on the market for $8 million.
The Mosman Daily reports that both homes were purchased last month well ahead of the scheduled auction dates.

Both were snapped up within days of each other with the two sales worth $19.4 million.
The former reality star has DA approval for the combined sites, but has initially only put one property up for sale.
The plans include the construction of a three-storey house with a swimming pool.

Seervai was eliminated from MasterChef in 2010.
Despite not being fully involved in the cooking series, he still founded the Essence Group, which produces sports nutrition and supplements for supermarkets such as Woolworths and Aldi.
The house will go under the hammer on February 29.
