Mason Mount left distraught as he’s injured AGAIN just 13 minutes into Manchester derby after Ruben Amorim picked the in-form ex-Chelsea man ahead of Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho

Manchester United midfielder Mason Mount had to be substituted in the opening 15 minutes of Sunday’s derby clash against Manchester City.

Mount’s time at United was plagued by injuries, but he had been training and playing well of late and was therefore selected to start at the Etihad Stadium ahead of Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho.

Reacting to Mount’s latest setback, former United captain Gary Neville described the situation as ‘demoralizing’ during his live commentary for Sky Sports.

Neville also suggested that Mount would feel like he was ‘letting everyone down’.
