Matildas star Mary Fowler has once again shown off her impressive photography skills, with more snaps from her recent Australian holiday with NRL superstar boyfriend Nathan Cleary.

Fowler, 21, is currently in training camp with Manchester City in Abu Dhabi – but the attacking ace took time out on Thursday to post a few photos of himself – as well as a telling message from American author Morgan Harper Nichols.

The Instagram post read: “As you prepare for all possible outcomes, you may want to remember to prepare for positive outcomes as well.

“May you prepare for good memories, good lessons, and all the little places that sunlight will shine through.”

After touring Australia with Cleary over the holidays, Fowler is in for a busy few weeks on the field.

Manchester City will take on Ipswich Town in the fourth round of the FA Cup on January 13, before the derby against Manchester United in the Women’s Super League (WSL) competition a week later.

The two famous clubs will face each other again on January 23 in the quarter-finals of the League Cup.

Before joining her WSL teammates in the United Arab Emirates, Fowler and Cleary enjoyed a getaway together on Hayman Island, located off the coast of Queensland.

It comes after Cleary recently hinted he wants to settle down and start a family with Fowler.

But this is unlikely to happen anytime soon as her football career is in full swing.

Fresh from leading Penrith to their fourth consecutive NRL premiership in October, Cleary and Fowler spent a few weeks together abroad.

The halfback flew to England and then followed Fowler to Switzerland to watch her play for the Matildas.

Cleary has admitted that the long distance between the couple is taking its toll.

“It was tough, it’s definitely not something I ever thought I would do,” he told the Keegan and Company podcast.

“I think what helped us was that as soon as we met, and we started talking, we knew it was going to lead to that path and if we wanted to do it, it would take a long time. distance.

“Sometimes you just come home and you want to cuddle a little bit, but I think it’s helped us connect on more than just (on) a physical level and have real conversations.

“We just navigate around it and when we see each other it’s the best thing ever.

‘You are truly grateful for the moments we get to spend together.

“We’re constantly talking on FaceTime or whatever and kind of finding our way through that.”
